In the heart of the nature reserve of Val d'Allier where one of the last wild river of France flows, nestles our campsite. Located a few steps from the latter, you can enjoy the quiet, birdsong and frogs, and the conviviality of the place. This all-natural setting, open from April 1st to October 15th, is an ideal place for families with young children, as well as for nature lovers.

Enthusiasts of nature, photos or fishing, this site of 68 delimited sites deserves your attention. What could be more enjoyable than being lulled by the sound of water, hearing frogs and birds, watching the beavers !!! Fifteen pitches with a breathtaking view of the Allier river, can accommodate tents or caravans. Due to its geographical location, this quiet and relaxing campsite lends itself readily to a night recovery stopover. Pitches away from the rest of the campsite allow guests to be accommodated one night, avoiding noise pollution for longer-term residents.
Stable sites are reserved for motor homes.
The POD is a simple cabin concept, unusual accommodation for nature lovers. It provides the comfort of a room with electricity, heating and double glazing.
We offer PODs for two adults, or for two adults and one child under 10 years of age. : It is not possible to cook inside the PODs. Breakfast and meals are available in the restaurant.
Hire of caravans
Our caravans have heating, a fridge, hot plates, and toilets (with cassette to empty). At the entrance is arranged garden furniture to constitute a small outdoor lounge.
We offer motorhomes for two people, or for four people.
To relax while having fun, there is nothing like a game of ping pong or petanque. We also provide books and board games. But the smaller ones are not forgotten and will be able to spend themselves in our playground for the less than twelve years.
The area itself also has a lot to offer you. Indeed, the nature reserve of the Val d'Allier and its surroundings, are magnificent walks in the heart of nature, and the Allier, with its gentle slope, can be traveled in Canoe. During dry periods, a beach can be discovered to you, so get out your swimsuits!
It is a activity, also open to people not staying at the campsite, on and subject to good climatic conditions and seaworthiness (your safety first). Two courses are proposed:
- Departure from the Chazeuil bridge: 13 km, 2h30 downhill
- Departure from Billy: 23 km, 4h30 downhill
Visiting Roman churches, castles and cellars, not to mention Moulins, a town of art and history, hiking in the forest, discovering the river Allier considered one of the last great wild river in Europe, canoeing, fishing, Fun in a leisure park, all this is possible in our beautiful area.
